Summary

Join our team as a Senior Business Analyst to play a critical role in evaluating and documenting business processes, gathering and analyzing requirements from stakeholders, creating detailed documentation, and ensuring alignment between business goals and project objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
• Effective communication skills to ensure alignment and clarity on business goals and requirements
• Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Bizagi
• Experience in creating detailed process maps and identifying opportunities for process improvements
• Strong analytical skills to inform business decisions and identify trends
• Ability to manage project tasks and timelines effectively

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and document business processes, identifying opportunities for optimization to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Define epics, features, and user stories, working closely with product managers and development teams
• Assist in gathering requirements, analyzing business objectives, and defining product features in collaboration with product analysts
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather input, provide updates, and ensure project alignment
• Create and analyze detailed process maps to identify trends and inform business decisions
• Manage project tasks and timelines, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all business processes, requirements, and changes, ensuring they are kept up to date
