Senior Business Analyst

Summary

Join INSTANDA as a Senior Business Analyst and play a pivotal role in gathering, documenting, and elaborating requirements for client-facing and internal development projects. This client-facing position requires a comprehensive understanding of the INSTANDA platform, acting as a liaison between clients and developers. You will conduct interviews and workshops, capture business requirements, partner with engineering teams, and support UAT processes. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and communication skills, along with extensive experience in business analysis, software delivery, and stakeholder management. This UK-based role offers a primarily remote work arrangement with occasional travel.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
• Core insurance knowledge
• Experience of gathering technical business requirements
• Experience of the end-to-end software delivery cycle
• Extensive experience of working with development teams and external clients
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience of Agile methodologies
• Experience of process and systems analysis and experience in translating requirements into User Stories for inclusion in sprints
• Confident in presenting to clients, partner organisations and within INSTANDA

Responsibilities

• Work on complex projects with high-profile Insurance clients
• Conduct interviews and workshops with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements
• Effectively capture, understand, define, and document functional and non-functional business requirements
• Partner with service delivery and engineering teams to support design and sign off potential new functionalities
• Support the UAT process of the INSTANDA configuration and of new functionalities
• Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting
