Join GoDaddy's team as a Senior Sales Enablement Business Analyst and drive company growth through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations. Reporting to the Director of Sales Enablement, focus on sales enablement analytics, contributing to sales targets, supporting dashboard and tool development, and generating data-driven insights. Collaborate with multi-functional teams, influence decision-making, and translate data into strategic actions. This is a remote position with occasional office visits for team events or meetings. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in analytics with 1+ years in manipulating and transforming large datasets
- Proficiency in SQL for data discovery, aggregation, and extraction, as well as automating analytic data processes using tools like Python and R a plus
- Proficiency with business intelligence tools, such as Tableau, for data visualization, analysis, and implementing comprehensive reporting solutions, including dynamic dashboards and end-to-end reporting systems providing actionable insights to business partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including advanced proficiency in Excel (statistical and worksheet functions)
- Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting data-driven insights, influencing decision-making, conveying concise data stories, and translating business goals into actionable development plans through data analysis and insights
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales Enablement to leverage data assets and uncover actionable insights that contribute to sales growth
- Build end-to-end reporting solutions from diverse data structures and sources, owning the design, development and implementation
- Build dynamic analytic dashboards that provide easy-to-consume reporting, offering partners a comprehensive understanding of their business and related sales drivers
- Conduct data analysis on sales, marketing, and customer success data to identify trends, patterns, insights, and areas for improvement within sales workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Apply your expertise in data analysis to communicate findings through compelling analytic storylines that align with business logic
- Support sales development planning by collecting analytic requirements, answering business questions, and making recommendations based on data evidence.Β Work independently within the team to make critical data-driven decisions that drive business improvement and optimization
Preferred Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
