Requirements

  • Educational and Professional Excellence: A bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, specifically within enterprise software solutions
  • Agile Expertise: A solid track record in managing requirements in an agile setting, with a sharp focus on software development life cycles
  • Analytical Acumen: Profound knowledge of process and data analysis, optimization, and reporting
  • Industry Insight: Comprehensive understanding of accounting and business processes, particularly within the SaaS domain
  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional skills in communication, both verbal and written, along with strong presentation and time management abilities
  • Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft Office suite

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Development: Translate high-level visions into testable and measurable implementations like user stories, functional requirements, and wireframes
  • Agile Leadership: Actively participate in backlog grooming and sprint planning, ensuring seamless and effective iterations
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Develop detailed user stories, use cases, process flows, and system interaction diagrams that drive development forward
  • Collaborative Excellence: Partner with Development teams and engage in SCRUM meetings to streamline iterations and clarify complex requirements
  • Quality Assurance: Coordinate closely with QA to conduct functional tests, ensuring the highest standards are met
  • Rapid Response Management: Lead the hotfix process with Tier 3 support to address and resolve critical issues swiftly
  • Documentation and Training: Aid in preparing impactful user documentation and promotional materials for product launches
  • Operational Support: Deliver UAT and release notes, and provide robust release/deployment support as needed
  • Process Innovation: Craft and refine templates for requirements, use cases, and process flows, enhancing operational efficiency
  • Market Deployment: Assist with the deployment of solutions to AppSource and manage the operational intricacies involved
  • Agile Evolution: Help shape the future of our agile practices, processes, and tools, contributing to continuous improvement

  • Cloud Solutions Management: Experience with managing cloud-based applications via AppSource
