Summary

The job is for a Senior Business Consultant at Bloomreach, a global commerce experience cloud company. The role involves deploying the Engagement Platform effectively to deliver value to clients, gathering business requirements, preparing data structures, managing data migration processes, and serving as a key advisor on e-commerce, analytics, data management, digital marketing, marketing automation, and email + mobile technologies.

Requirements

4-6 years in B2B and/or B2C SaaS OR in-house eCommerce experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver value to Bloomreach’s clients by deploying and utilizing the Engagement Platform effectively
• Support clients during the implementation phase by gathering business requirements, preparing data structures, managing data migration processes, and deploying automated programs
• Serve as a key advisor on e-commerce, analytics, data management, digital marketing, marketing automation, and email + mobile technologies
• Build strong client relationships and continuously enhance their businesses, maximize platform utilization, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI)
• Develop business strategies and roadmaps aligned with clients’ goals and metrics

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Bloomreach Engagement platform features is preferred
• Experience in online analytics, performance marketing, marketing automation, data science, A/B testing, personalization, campaign optimization, customer lifetime value, email automation, reactivation, attribution modeling, prediction, product recommendations, and e-commerce is beneficial
