Summary

The Business Development Senior Manager/Executive will lead business development efforts within the Partner program in the CIS region, responsible for revenue growth from trusted accounts and scaling business partnerships. They will manage a team of affiliate business development managers, identify and develop partners, nurture relationships with key trading accounts and influencers, contribute to regional strategies, support product development activities, and comply with company guidelines.

Requirements

  • Sales experience in Cryptocurrency, Finance, FX, or any related space, with a track record in building large partnership networks from start to finish
  • Experience in account executives or the front end of business and client development
  • Experience in leading a team, ideally revenue generating team
  • Solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and enthusiasm with a data-driven approach
  • Understanding of fundamental affiliate program or partnership program KPIs and optimization methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation
  • Open to business traveling to CIS, MENA, SEA or other regions if required
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse and international internal teams and external partners; experience working with key stakeholder management; Able to work with stakeholders across different levels

Responsibilities

  • Lead all business development efforts within the Partner program in the CIS region
  • Develop and implement business development strategies and activities for partnerships and key accounts
  • Manage a team of affiliate business development managers
  • Proactively seek out and engage closely with potential CIS crypto partners, KOLs, key accounts, and advanced traders for user acquisition, expansion, and promotion of the OKX platform and products in the region
  • Nurture and enhance relationships with local key trading accounts, projects, media & crypto influencers, and VIP-accounts
  • Contribute to the regional strategies that align with the overall company goals
  • Support the management and lead engineers in negotiating commercial terms and conditions with new and recurring businesses
  • Support Product & Engineering lines for product development activities
  • Actively involve in regional online and offline marketing activities and business events

Preferred Qualifications

Fluent in English and native Russian is a must
