Remote Senior Business Data Analyst

Summary

The job is for a Senior Business Analyst specializing in data governance and best practices implementation at LivePerson. The candidate should have experience in Power BI reporting, SQL, Python, and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to independently uncover insights and relationships across numerous datasets
• 5+ years of experience analyzing data and creating dashboards and reports (PowerBI - Preferred)
• 5+ years of experience interpreting and writing advanced SQL
• 2+ years of experience in Python and good working knowledge of pandas and matplotlib
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or another quantitative field

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of data governance frameworks
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Utilize advanced data modeling techniques to integrate complex and disparate data sources
• Champion best practices for data visualization, reporting design, and data analysis methodologies
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Power BI reporting
• Conduct in-depth analysis of business data to uncover insights, trends, and opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, data scientists and other stakeholders
