Summary
Join ELEKS as a Senior Business Development Manager and drive B2B growth in Europe. You will identify, qualify, and convert leads, manage the sales funnel, design outreach strategies, and ensure smooth transitions to delivery teams. This role involves developing strategic partnerships and representing ELEKS in industry ecosystems. You will analyze markets, develop engagement strategies, and proactively reach out to potential clients. Responsibilities include identifying strategic partners, representing ELEKS at industry events, gathering customer feedback, and providing market insights. Success requires strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of modern B2B sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sale, Miller Heiman)
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and enterprise IT landscapes
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Ukrainian (additional European languages are a plus)
- Confidence in handling prospecting, nurturing, and C-level communication
- Proficient in CRM tools and interpreting sales performance data
- Marketing and sales principles, techniques, and control systems
- Customer service processes, including needs assessment and quality assurance
- Strategic planning, business resource allocation, and people management
- Familiarity with software development and IT project management approaches
- Ability to generate outbound leads from personal networks
- Ability to identify client needs and match with relevant IT solutions
- Capability to qualify leads and convert them into viable opportunities
- Strong relationship-building and rapport skills
- Certified or practical knowledge of Challenger Sale, Value-based Selling, or similar approaches
- Pre-account planning and sales strategy design
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking

- University degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience in the IT sector or equivalent
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with outbound B2B sales strategies
- Experience conducting face-to-face meetings with C-level executives

Responsibilities
- Analyze and segment the European market to build and verify targeted customer lists, based on industry, business needs, budget, timelines, and buying authority
- Develop personalized engagement strategies per customer segment, reflecting ELEKS’s value propositions across service lines and company offering
- Proactively reach out to potential clients and respond to inbound interest via email, phone, LinkedIn, virtual meetings, and networking platforms
- Identify and develop relationships with strategic partners, alliances, and industry associations to enhance ELEKS’s presence across key European markets
- Represent ELEKS at relevant industry events, supporting brand visibility and lead-generation activities
- Gather and structure feedback from leads and early-stage prospects to support Marketing, Product, and Service teams in refining solutions
- Provide consolidated customer insights to help align ELEKS’s Sales packages with market needs
- Collaborate on RFIs and presales inputs to ensure alignment between client expectations and ELEKS’s offerings
- Maintain full visibility of sales activity in the CRM, analyze performance data, and report actionable insights to internal stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Awareness of ELEKS’s core domains (AI/ML, cloud, software engineering) is advantageous
- Knowledge of Miller Heiman methodology is a plus
