Senior Business Insights Analyst

You will design and develop BI dashboards and reports, integrate data from various sources, and facilitate data education workshops. Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field
• Have 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field
• Demonstrate proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, or similar platforms
• Possess strong knowledge of SQL and experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Be able to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advisory services to senior leadership, offering insights and recommendations based on data analysis to guide executive decision-making and strategic planning
• Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support strategic analysis and day-to-day KPI measurement across the business
• Monitor and analyze data trends and patterns to make recommendations on business direction
• Engage with IT, data engineers, and other departments to develop data integration from various sources into a unified BI system
• Become a subject matter expert for product, people, operations, and GTM data by understanding the data inflows and outflows across our applications and data platform
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions across teams at Iterable to promote BI tools and best practices
• Craft curated data models to define sources of truth and to make analysis easier for stakeholders outside of BI

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis or automation
• Be familiar with advanced analytics techniques (e.g., predictive modeling, machine learning)
