Join 3Pillar Global's Business Systems Data & Analytics team as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst. Transform complex data into actionable insights, driving strategic decision-making. Partner with senior stakeholders, shaping the BI roadmap and delivering impactful dashboards, reports, and data models. Design, build, and maintain robust BI solutions using Power BI. Analyze datasets to identify trends and opportunities. Translate business requirements into technical specifications. Collaborate with various teams to support strategic initiatives. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related fields
• Proficient in Power BI
• Advanced SQL skills; familiarity with Python, or other scripting languages
• Experience working with cloud data platforms and key components (e.g., AWS, Azure, Databricks)
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling concepts
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and using Atlassian Jira
• Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic, business-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into business insights
• High attention to detail, curious, and a commitment to data accuracy
• Strong stakeholder management skills; comfortable working with all levels of the organization
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust BI solutions using Power BI
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for BI and data visualization projects
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to support strategic initiatives
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
• Create and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and documentation to ensure data accuracy and governance
• Contribute to the development of BI best practices
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner
• Support data-driven culture across the organization by championing analytics and insights
