Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics, with a strategic focus on decision support, not just reporting
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
  • Proven ability to influence business and product strategy through data insights and reporting
  • Experience building dashboards for internal stakeholders across business functions, with an emphasis on regulatory compliance and performance tracking
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present data-driven insights to executives and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Analyze large datasets to uncover actionable insights that influence company strategy, product direction, and operational improvements
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership and product teams
  • Design and implement dashboards that track key business metrics, product performance, and regulatory compliance, ensuring transparency and driving data-informed decisions
  • Partner with compliance, product, and operations teams to build data solutions that meet business needs, support regulatory requirements, and optimize company processes
  • Analyze market trends, user behavior, and competitor performance to inform business and product strategies
  • Provide recommendations for growth and competitive advantage
  • Present complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making across all levels of the organization
  • Complete other projects and duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

Fintech or regulatory compliance experience is a plus
