Requirements

  • Proficient in SQL and modern BI tools (e.g. Metabase, Looker, Tableau), with proven ability to build scalable reporting solutions
  • Track record of building strong partnerships across functions and seniority levels
  • Skilled at building cross-functional alignment on metrics and creating shared accountability for outcomes
  • Experience working with executive stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions through data
  • Excellence in turning complex analyses into compelling narratives that drive action
  • Strong grasp of B2B and two-sided marketplace metrics and economics
  • Ability to connect operational metrics to financial outcomes and support forecasting
  • Experience establishing data governance and metric definition frameworks
  • Skilled at building data literacy and empowering non-technical users
  • Meticulous approach to data accuracy and creating clear, maintainable documentation

Responsibilities

  • Strengthen and evolve our metrics framework. Drive continuous improvement in how we track, measure, and act on what matters
  • Own board and executive-level reporting, providing insights that drive strategic decision making
  • Establish and track team-level metrics across the organization, creating accountability and visibility into performance
  • Work closely with Finance to connect operational metrics to financial outcomes and support forecasting
  • Partner with operational teams like RevOps, Support, and Finance to optimize their processes through data
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and training that enable teams to access insights independently
  • Champion data-driven decision making through training, documentation, and best practices
  • Establish processes for metric definition, tracking, and reporting to ensure consistency across teams
  • Partner with other analysts and analytics engineering to ensure aligned metrics definitions and efficient data models
