Senior Business Analyst

Join Feedzai's Professional Services team as a Business Analyst, bridging the gap between client needs and Feedzai's fraud prevention solutions. You will collaborate with clients, assess solution fit, and document business requirements. Leveraging your expertise in payments and fraud detection, you'll design optimized processes and ensure seamless project delivery. This role requires strong communication and analytical skills, experience in financial services, and proficiency in project management tools. You will manage multiple projects, proactively identify solution gaps, and facilitate communication between clients and internal teams. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Engineering or similar field
• Minimum of 4 years of business analysis experience in software development or implementation projects
• Experience in financial services, specifically banking, payments, or fintech
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to pass on complex ideas to diverse audiences
• Customer-facing experience with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Experience in writing detailed specifications, including user stories and acceptance criteria
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly learn new concepts and technologies
• Experience with the full Standard Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA or Confluence
• Experience with Visio or similar flowcharting software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English (mandatory)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to assess solution fit, identify product gaps/alternatives, and document detailed business requirements, particularly in the fraud prevention domain
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Feedzai’s fraud and payments product offerings, providing guidance to internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct current-state analysis of client systems and processes, designing optimized future-state process flows that align with fraud mitigation best practices
• Document and validate customer requirements for each project, ensuring alignment with Feedzai’s product capabilities
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating agility and the ability to shift focus as priorities evolve
• Proactively identify and address potential solution gaps before they become client concerns, maintaining a focus on financial crime prevention
• Collaborate with Project Managers to define project scope, timelines, and phased delivery approaches when necessary
• Provide ad hoc project support to ensure successful, on-time delivery
• Facilitate clear and effective communication between clients and Feedzai teams, asking insightful questions to align expectations
• Support the Risk Analyst team by translating client requirements into actionable use cases for effective risk strategy
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and successful project outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with API mapping and design
• Availability to travel up to 15% of the time
