Responsibilities

• Become the authority for your part of the business; deeply understand metrics, set goals, and hold us accountable to hitting them
• Act as the connective tissue for your cross-functional team; solve hard problems and ensure teams are aligned in pursuit of our biggest opportunities
• Communicate insights and recommendations to leaders from the executive level to colleagues who will rely on you to guide decision-making on the front lines
• Oversee Employer Branding (B2B) products and initiatives
• Be the “source of truth” for your domain, turning data into insights and insights into action
• Combine analytical skills and product management knowledge with strategic approach to enable better business decisions
• Collaborate with teams across Glassdoor to drive alignment and deliver results

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Google Suite, data tools such as Salesforce, and productivity tools such as Slack
• Many, but not all, team members have strategy consulting, investment banking, and product management experience; most importantly, successful BizOps members have an analytical approach and a passion for tackling big questions

Benefits

• Base Salary Range: $92,200 - 122,500
• Annual Bonus Target: 10%
• Bonuses are paid in 6-month intervals, aligning with bi-annual performance reviews

• Restricted Stock Units (RSU) are awarded at hire and may be refreshed annually. Additionally, as a pay-for-performance company, there are additional RSU grant awards for the very top performers
