Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce API
  • 5+ years total experience in development, internal tooling, or systems engineering within a high-growth SaaS or startup environment
  • Proficiency in core programming and scripting languages such as Apex, JavaScript, JSON, and Google Apps Script
  • Experience integrating with business systems using REST APIs and working with structured data formats
  • Working knowledge of SQL and SOQL for querying relational and Salesforce data
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment while balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on execution
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to system improvements and process automation

Responsibilities

  • Design scalable Salesforce solutions leveraging Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Custom Objects
  • Refactor legacy Salesforce code and automation to improve maintainability and performance
  • Develop custom Apex classes/triggers, complex validation rules, and dynamic UI components to support business needs
  • Build and maintain robust integrations between Salesforce and external systems (e.g., NetSuite, CPQ platforms, Gong, HubSpot) using APIs, middleware, and webhooks
  • Automate recurring processes across Revenue, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success through custom logic and scriptable workflows
  • Build tools and utilities (within or adjacent to Salesforce) to reduce manual tasks and improve operational scale
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, IT, Engineering, and other teams to understand business needs and implement scalable solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in Revenue Operations (RevOps) or with SalesOps/Finance-related system implementations
  • Hands-on experience integrating and managing tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, Gong, CPQ platforms
  • Familiarity with Python, Node.js, or other scripting tools used for automation or middleware development
  • Experience with OAuth 2.0, webhooks, and building scalable, real-time API integrations
  • Strong ability to debug and troubleshoot complex integrations across multiple systems and data layers
