Summary

Join HubSpot's Sales Systems Acceleration Team as a Senior Business Systems Analyst and contribute to the development of technology that empowers small and medium-sized businesses. Collaborate with Sales, Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, and Flywheel Product teams to enhance sales demo systems, processes, and data for increased efficiency. You will build functional and technical requirements, triage incoming requests, monitor system integrations, perform QA testing, automate portal provisioning, and configure portals using Workato. Work closely with various teams to solve problems and improve systems. Be a subject matter expert in demo systems and processes, managing collaboration and communication across multiple teams. This fast-paced role requires strong problem-solving, communication, and self-management skills.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience as a Business Systems Analyst
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM
  • Familiarity with iPaaS and low code/no code tools such as Workato and Boomi
  • Ability to write, read and modify SQL queries
  • Ability to build complex Excel/Google sheets formulas
  • Familiarity with data modeling, data integration, data transformation, ETLs, and RESTful APIs
  • Excellent understanding of CRM systems framework and workflows
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated track record of simple technical solutions that deliver high enterprise value
  • Can work across multiple teams with disparate missions within the same functional area
  • This is a fast-paced and challenging role. You need to be comfortable with effectively managing and adapting to change
  • The ability to self-manage and self-direct are required. You will perform as a functional leader and a subject matter expert in your space

Responsibilities

  • Build out functional and technical requirements
  • Triage, groom and prioritize incoming requests from sales, engineering and product teams
  • Monitor system integrations and performance
  • Coordinate and perform QA and User Acceptance testing
  • Automate provisioning of portals and ensure new reps get access to portals
  • Perform portal configuration and use Workato to build automation
  • Work closely with product managers, program managers, automation analysts, designers, and engineers to understand problems and find the best available solution
  • Strong focus on quality and impact - quality of data, performance, user experience, etc
  • Be a subject matter expert in Demo systems and processes and have a clear understanding of the current pain points and business problems that reps are facing
  • Manage collaboration between multiple teams while communicating risks, issues, escalating blockers and tracking action items
  • You will work with internal business partners and technical teams to continuously improve our systems and the capabilities that underpin them

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Demo tools such Saleo, WalkMe and Testbox
  • Familiarity with Google Suite
  • Experience with data warehousing, data lake and data visualization tools like Snowflake and Looker
  • Experience with AI models and ML frameworks (LLMs, vector databases and transformers)
  • Presentation skills

Annual Cash Compensation Range: $115,400 β€” $184,600 USD
