Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a business systems role working with People and/or Legal teams
  • Hands on experience configuring Workday
  • Experience building and operating in a best-in-class, integrated SaaS environment (i.e. Workato, Greenhouse, Atlassian, Summize, Ketch, Zip)
  • Proven experience in project management, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work with confidential information and maintain confidentiality
  • Experience working in a SOX/ITGC compliant environment

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of your systems, from initial requirements gathering and implementation to configuration and maintenance
  • Proactively identify and recommend system improvements and optimizations to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Define success criteria and measure the impact of new functionality and changes
  • Design and build integrations and automations using APIs, IPaaS, or other methods as needed
  • Evaluate and implement new technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
  • Optimize the use of current legal and people systems by implementing smart configurations to identify and resolve any issues
  • Automate! Innovate! Kill manual work!
  • Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Legal, Finance, IT, and external vendors, to drive project success
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, gather input, and provide regular project updates

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with legal contract review and consent management systems
  • Experience with Workato or another IPaaS system
