Senior Care Driver Operations Specialist

Requirements

• 12-18 months of operations experience within associated roles
• Exceptional analytical, investigative, and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and remotely
• Incredible follow-up skills; persistent but not pushy with applicants and CareDrivers
• Be able to switch between tasks, software systems, and duties with speed and ease (Kustomer and Fountain familiarity a plus!)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills - both internally and with applicants through phone, text, and email
• Ability to recognize and resolve problems before they arise and report trends to management
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Google Docs

Responsibilities

• Provide training or shadow opportunities for new hires
• Complete quality checks, identify blockers and initiate process improvements
• Run regular reports and audits as needed
• Independently perform and adjudicate background checks for CareDrivers
• Assist with market-specific vendor tasks, scheduling as it relates to the team’s tasks, hopeful, or CareDriver events
• Assist with documentation as needed
• Assist manager with tasks as needed including special projects
