Join Aprio Talent Solutions (ATS) as a Senior Client Service Associate and manage a diverse client portfolio, exceeding $500k in GM annually. You will sign and deliver to 8 new/existing clients yearly, place 15+ new contractors/employees, and mentor/lead the sales team. Act as a subject matter expert in talent solutions, building Aprio's national brand. Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in agency search/talent acquisition in a Client Service position
- Management of at least 2 enterprise level accounts at a time and expansion of matrixed organization
- Previous leadership experience over sales executives and/or recruiters of at least 3 years
- Previous experience exceeding $500k in GM from talent solutions sales
- Resilience and personality to deal with the demands of a fast moving, changing, entrepreneurial business with levels of creative energy and ambiguity
- Strong leadership skills to ensure collaboration and team atmosphere
- Must have high standard of ethics, integrity and confidentiality
- Experience with ATS systems (Bullhorn a plus), social media / online resources (LinkedIn) and recruiting process workflows
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse client portfolio of $350 - $500k in GM across contract, contract to perm, retained and direct hire business
- Sign and deliver to 8 new and/or existing clients annually through internal referral, existing client, and new business development pipelines
- Place 15+ new contractors and employees in partnership with the Recruiting team
- Mentor and/or lead the sales team aligned to specific segment industries
- Refer business quarterly across segment lines to grow Aprio as an entire organization
- Act as a subject matter expert in the talent solutions industry and build Aprio brand nationally
