Summary

Join Grow Therapy as a Sr. Clinical Excellence Specialist (PMHNP) and play a pivotal role in supporting providers. You will be part of the Clinical Excellence team, working to help providers achieve the highest standards of care and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include providing outreach to therapists and prescribers, conducting one-on-one sessions, collaborating on quality improvement initiatives, reviewing charts, and engaging in peer-to-peer consultations. This role requires a Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a PMHNP specialization, along with significant clinical experience and supervisory experience. Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing with specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health
  • Active unrestricted PMHNP (required)
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical practice experience in the mental health field, preferably in private practice billing commercial insurance
  • Minimum of 3 years experience supervising or leading behavioral health clinicians working in the mental health field
  • Minimum of 6 months experience running your own practice
  • Strong clinical expertise in behavioral health practices and documentation requirements
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide outreach to contracted psychiatric nurse practitioners, as well as therapists, counselors, social workers, and psychologists, to support their professional development in areas such as interpersonal and clinical skills, meeting documentation requirements, and influencing positive client outcomes in care
  • Conduct regular one-on-one sessions to identify areas for improvement and growth
  • Collaborate with the Quality team to develop, implement, and monitor quality improvement initiatives
  • Review charts and provide feedback to assist providers in improving their documentation practices to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Engage in peer-to-peer clinical case consultations
  • Foster a culture of open communication, curiosity, support and collaboration among peers

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience working in quality improvement is a plus
