Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, ideally in a health-related field (e.g., medicine, natural sciences, pharmacy)
- At least 3 years of on-site and remote monitoring experience in the area of clinical studies phases 1-4 as well as sound knowledge of the relevant regulations and standards
- Planning competence, excellent organizational talent and analytical thinking, independent and structured way of working
- Excellent social skills, enthusiasm, reflection, flexibility and persuasiveness
- Negotiable German and English skills
Responsibilities
- Manage studies: You are responsible for a selection of studies - from the selection of centers to the execution and completion
- Coordination: You work closely with your local CRA colleagues in various study teams and contribute to the timely project progress through forward-looking planning
- Monitoring: You supervise a selection of test centers and monitor the cooperation with partners and authorities as well as the entire site management with your local CRA colleagues
- Compliance: You ensure that all internal and external requirements are met in your projects and that the test centers are always ready for inspection
