Requirements
- 2+ years of proven knowledge in Kubernetes
- Be versatile with cloud providers (ideally AWS) and setting up infrastructure as code (e.g., Crossplane, Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Understanding CI/CD, ideally backed by experience with Jenkins or GitHub Actions
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of software engineers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Lead an engineering team that operates an internal developer platform
- Mentor team members and help them along their growth path in Dynatrace, empowering them to take on more responsibilities
- Conduct 1:1 and personal feedback talks with team members to support their growth and development
- Advocate Dynatraceβs culture, promoting its values and principles within the team
- Create automations from repository setup over automated builds to having a central portal for developers
- Create golden paths that lead internal developers from project creation to delivering their product
- Shape how developers interact with the platform to efficiently achieve their goals
- Make extensive use of Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies like Crossplane and ArgoCD to provide internal developers with a variety of CI/CD services

- Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is β¬ 56,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualification and experience
