Senior Cloud Software Consultant

Summary

Join Veeva Systems, a leading life sciences industry cloud company, as a Senior Cloud Software Consultant! This remote, full-time role based in Europe involves providing application consulting services for the Veeva Commercial Cloud product suite. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, identifying their needs, configuring the system, activating new features, and troubleshooting issues. The position requires 5+ years of software solution implementation experience and excellent communication skills. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions
• Experience working in a customer-facing and/or consulting role and managing customer expectations
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong desire to continuously learn and develop
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant subject

Responsibilities

• Proactively drive customers towards Veeva and industry best practices
• Understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements
• Perform system configuration changes and data migrations
• Activate new product features and ensure seamless integration
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely solutions
• Develop and deliver training materials and conduct training sessions
• Create analytical reports to support business decision-making
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with configuring, supporting, and implementing enterprise software applications
• Experience working in the Life-Sciences industry
