Summary
Join Ivanti as a Senior Commissions Analyst and be responsible for setting up, validating, and analyzing sales compensation plans. You will maintain the sales compensation system, process adjustments, generate reports, and build relationships. This role requires technical expertise, analytical skills, and a solid understanding of sales processes. You will work within a collaborative global team, contributing to the organization's Go To Market strategy. The position involves implementing and ensuring accurate application of sales compensation plans, monitoring the system, troubleshooting issues, and identifying system enhancements. You will also collect, analyze, and interpret sales performance data, generate reports, and create dashboards.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in a sales compensation or sales operations role
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge of Callidus or other similar compensation system
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Implement and ensure the accurate application of sales compensation plans in the sales compensation system (Callidus/SAP SuccessFactors)
- Monitor and maintain the sales compensation system to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to bookings analysis, reporting, and dashboards
- Identify and implement system enhancements to improve functionality and user experience
- Collaborate with other departments to implement system updates and enhancements
- Collect, analyze and interpret sales performance data
- Generate regular and ad hoc reports on sales compensation and performance
- Create dashboards to present sales compensation data clearly
- Driving continued process improvement in response to evolving got-to-market (GTM) business processes
- Clear and concise communication. Ability to provide training and support to the sales teams on complex compensation data and analysis
- Building cross-functional relationships with a wide range of groups including Sales, Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, FP&A, Order Management, It, and HR teams
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Salesforce and/or SAP
