Summary

The Senior Communications Campaign Specialist role at Gallagher Bassett involves executing marketing campaigns to drive organic growth, project management, competitive analysis, industry analysis, prospect research, tracking and measuring effectiveness of marketing efforts, and developing written content. The ideal candidate has 5+ years' experience in digital marketing, strong graphic design skills, proficiency in Adobe Suite, and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, and 5 years relevant experience in B2B marketing
  • Strong technical skills across Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Workfront, Salesforce or other project management software/applications
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent time management & organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Executing measurable marketing strategies and campaigns in support of identified marketing and sales goals
  • Working closely with Marketing Manager and internal creative and production resources to deliver key marketing activities and programs
  • Project management, Campaign monitoring and reporting
  • Competitive analysis, Industry analysis and prospect research
  • Tracking and measuring effectiveness of marketing efforts in driving sales, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI
  • Producing and executing strategies to leverage and grow client network
  • Prospecting, researching, sourcing and identifying new potential business opportunities
  • Building and maintaining positive client relationships that result in enhanced partnerships and increased profitability

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing with strong experience in web management (WordPress), SEO/SEM, social media, and demand generation
  • Ability to draw insights from materials and people, and craft narratives to drive awareness, relevance, and calls to action
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic, excellent project management skills, analytical aptitude, ability to meet deadlines, and experience managing multiple, concurrent projects
  • Collaborative and results-driven team player
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience working with senior-level executives
