Requirements
- At least 3-5 years experience in a local or multinational company handling corporate communications
- Knowledge of internal communications, crisis communications, project management, brand systems, industry affairs and executive communications is required
Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and proofread various communications content
- Drive key communication initiatives and maintain internal communication channels
- Collaborate with the engagement lead and other teams to nurture a strong internal culture
- Support internal and external events from a communications perspective
- Manage processes with proper controls and documentation for all projects
- Plan and roll out company-wide campaigns and special projects
- Develop content for leadership town halls and road shows in collaboration with senior stakeholders
- Support Marketing and Communications initiatives and serve as back-up for other team members
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in employee engagement or events is a plus
