Summary

Join Komodo Health's Total Rewards team as an experienced Compensation Analyst to develop, optimize, and administer global compensation practices and programs. Partner with People, Talent Acquisition, and Finance teams on salary ranges, variable compensation, equity, and review processes. Within 12 months, you will establish strong relationships, understand Komodo's compensation philosophy, execute a compensation calendar, develop a training program, and analyze and refresh pay ranges. This role reports to the Total Rewards leader and involves monitoring global market trends, analyzing market data, maintaining job structures, managing compensation review cycles, collaborating with various teams, analyzing compensation metrics, and educating managers and employees. Requirements

  • 5+ years of compensation experience, including experience supporting global compensation and in fast-paced environments
  • An understanding of tech industry compensation practices, including familiarity with the Aon Radford network
  • Strong analytical skills, including advanced proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets
  • Ability to look beyond the numbers, understand contextual information, and identify underlying trends
  • Knowledge of legislation and compliance items related to compensation (FLSA exemptions, pay transparency laws, etc)
  • Strong organizational skills and immaculate attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (written/verbal) with stakeholders at all levels within the organization
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive data and maintain confidentiality at all times

Responsibilities

  • Monitor global market & industry trends as it relates to compensation
  • Analyze market data and maintain competitive pay ranges for all functions and locations
  • Maintain job structure and ensure all roles are properly classified, leveled, benchmarked, and priced
  • Own the compensation market survey process, ensuring accurate and timely submissions (i.e. Radford)
  • Play a leading role in managing and administering compensation review, equity refresh, and bonus cycles
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the People team, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Managers to analyze employee pay and make data-driven decisions
  • Analyze, summarize, and report on various compensation metrics (spend, competitiveness, pay parity, etc)
  • Educate managers and employees on our compensation philosophy, practices, and programs

Preferred Qualifications

Experience maintaining compensation structures & compensation data in Workday is a plus
