• 4+ years of experience in the compliance space
• Proficient in coordinating internal and external testing processes, developing test plans, and maintaining comprehensive documentation to ensure compliance with both domestic and international requirements
• Strong capability to provide training and guidance to teams to prevent compliance issues throughout the product lifecycle, from initial design to production and delivery
• Experience participating in product design reviews, with the ability to identify, interpret, and apply applicable regulatory standards and requirements
• Proven ability to serve as a technical expert on regulatory compliance, effectively liaising with regulatory agencies and internal teams
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing product compliance strategies, with a thorough understanding of relevant regulatory standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
