Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of experience in a financial services industry
• Experience with GRC software
• Demonstrated knowledge of compliance requirements and regulatory expectations
• Demonstrated knowledge of process QA assessment
• Detail oriented, organized, energetic and action oriented
• Strong leadership, collaboration and communication skills
• Conflict resolution/management skills
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment
• Strong change management and project management skills
• Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and understand current policies & procedures and ensure they align with regulatory requirements
• Evaluate and understand current controls and where gaps exist
• Support and align regulatory requirements within Octane Business processes
• Communicate with other team members and matrix partners to solve problems or recommend improvements
• Follow-up with appropriate Business owners when issues are identified and follow up is required
• Manage and maintain Self-Identified issues
• Lead compliance initiatives as required
