Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management
• Proven experience managing construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from inception to completion
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Manage and lead project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and address issues
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the construction process
