Summary

Join Trace3 as a Sr. Consultant of AI Solutions and play a key role in driving pre-sales success, shaping go-to-market AI solutions, and establishing Trace3 as a thought leader in the AI field. Reporting to the Head of AI Solutions, you will leverage your expertise in AI solution design, emerging AI technologies, and market trends to create compelling solutions for clients. Key responsibilities include leading technical aspects of sales pursuits, developing reusable solution assets, and championing Trace3's AI vision. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and business units to identify opportunities and drive growth. This role requires a strong background in AI/ML, solution architecture, and pre-sales, along with excellent communication and presentation skills. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree/certifications in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics) preferred
  • 7+ years’ experience in technology, with at least 4+ years in a dedicated pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical consulting role with a strong focus on AI, data science, data transformation, or advanced analytics
  • Proven track record of successfully architecting and supporting the sale of complex AI/ML solutions to enterprise clients
  • Deep understanding of the AI solution lifecycle from ideation and design through to proposal and GTM
  • Familiarity with various AI and Machine Learning technologies, methods, tools (e.g., GitHub, PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.), cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), programming languages (Python, R, etc.), and data architecture
  • Experience developing GTM materials (e.g., solution briefs, technical presentations, white papers)
  • Up-to-date understanding of AI industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent time management skills and able to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume, and evolving work environment
  • Ability to approach customer requests with a proactive and consultative manner; listen and understand user requests and needs and effectively deliver
  • Strong influencing skills to get things done and inspire business transformation
  • Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills with an ability to present security-related concepts to C-Level Executives and non-technical audience
  • Conflict negotiation and problem-solving skills and agility
  • Ability to travel when needed

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical pre-sales activities, including discovery sessions, to understand client challenges, strategic goals, and technical landscapes
  • Architect innovative and viable AI solutions tailored to client requirements, articulating business value and technical feasibility using various open source and proprietary technologies
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept/proof-of-value (PoC/PoV) scopes that showcase Trace3’s AI capabilities and differentiation
  • Lead technical components of proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs and Trace3 capabilities
  • Act as the primary technical AI subject matter expert during sales engagements, effectively addressing client questions and objections
  • Facilitate smooth transition of won engagements to the client delivery team, ensuring clarity on solution design and client expectations
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitive landscapes, and common industry challenges to inform the development of new and refined AI offerings
  • Work with Trace3’s business units to create reusable AI solution frameworks, reference architectures, and standardized GTM packages for common industry use cases
  • Develop core GTM enablement materials, including solution briefs, technical white papers, case study templates, and presentation decks for sales and technical teams
  • Collaborate with marketing to define messaging and positioning for AI solutions
  • Develop and publish thought leadership content, including blog posts, articles, white papers, and webinars, on cutting-edge AI trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Represent Trace3 as an AI subject matter expert at industry conferences, workshops, and client-facing events
  • Remain updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies, platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), tools (e.g., GitHub, PyTorch, TensorFlow), programming languages (Python, R), and data architectures
  • Build and maintain relationships with key technology partners
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and enablement sessions to elevate the AI literacy across Trace3
  • Coordinate approach with the Head of AI Solutions and other capability leads to ensure AI solutioning aligns with Trace3 objectives and growth strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, BU pre-sales/delivery, partners, etc.) to ensure GTM alignment and provide subject matter expertise
  • Enable sales and technical teams on new AI solution offerings, competitive positioning, and market trends
  • Mentor colleagues on AI solutioning best practices and effective pre-sales engagement strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant AI/ML certifications preferred but not required (e.g., Azure Machine Learning Specialty, Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer, etc.)
  • Certifications in data platforms, data science, AI, statistical analysis and/or related areas by reputable organizations
