Summary

Join Arlo Solutions as a Program Management Analyst (Journeyman) supporting the IRS DCIO of Strategy & Modernization! This remote role is crucial in driving improvements to customer service, enforcement, and taxpayer information security through strategic IT infrastructure enhancements. You will support the Inflation Reduction Act's Strategic Operating Plan and help develop a modernized IT operating model. The position requires significant experience in organizational change management and stakeholder engagement. A Bachelor's degree and strong communication skills are essential. A change management certification is preferred.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in organizational change management
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Organizational Development, or related field
  • Experience developing and implementing change management strategies
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience with large-scale organizational transformations
  • Knowledge of federal government culture and change management challenges

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment and integration of delivery outcomes across the organization
  • Support risk identification and mitigation, ensuring effective management of potential issues
  • Organize sessions to validate portfolio data and support IRA reporting activities by coordinating inputs and capturing key content
  • Analyze the impacts of new operating models on delivery processes and recommend strategic improvements
  • Support the implementation of process and policy enhancements to improve efficiency
  • Design and develop a product-and-platform operating model for IT, including proof of concept and final versions
  • Evaluate and enhance data quality and practices for portfolio management tools
  • Conduct stakeholder impact assessments to identify the effects of process changes and develop change management strategies
  • Execute communication and organizational readiness activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems
  • Provide strategic inputs for executive communications and briefings, aligning with the Communications Strategy & Plan

Preferred Qualifications

Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP)
