Senior Consultant

Summary

Join Myers-Holum's expanding Bangalore, India operations as a Senior Consultant. With 5+ years of NetSuite implementation experience and excellent customer service skills, you will lead projects from discovery to deployment. Collaborate with managers and solution architects, providing project expertise and creative solutions. This role offers growth potential to a Principal Consultant position. You'll contribute to internal initiatives, mentor resources, and enhance NetSuite skills. The ideal candidate possesses strong finance/accounting and consulting backgrounds, along with preferred NetSuite certifications and experience with specialized NetSuite products.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
• Hands-on Functional NetSuite ERP Implementation Experience with 5-8+ end-to-end enterprise or medium-sized NetSuite engagements - OR- has led 8+ small engagements through go-live
• Undergraduate degree or MBA in Business, Finance, Accounting, Software, or a relevant field
• Strong background in finance/accounting, consulting and advisory services, general services-specific industry experience

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle NetSuite implementation projects, translating complex business requirements into technical designs
• Handle solution delivery across all project phases: discovery, design, build, testing, training, and deployment
• Perform fit/gap analysis on business requirements for system design and execution
• Develop wireframe and schematic diagrams to support customer requirements gathering and business process discovery
• Lead project management activities like planning, creating work breakdown structures, and managing change control
• Collaborate with the in-house development team to implement custom solutions and document them clearly
• Act proactively as a trusted client advocate, providing implementation best practices
• Contribute to internal MHI initiatives, including resource mentorship and NetSuite education
• Willingly learn and develop NetSuite product skills as needed by customer engagements
• Contribute to various internal MHI initiatives including resource mentorship and ongoing education

Preferred Qualifications

• NetSuite certifications (NetSuite ERP consultant, NetSuite Certified Administrator, and SuiteFoundation)
• Experience and knowledge of best practices surrounding NetSuite technical capabilities such as: SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and SuiteTalk. Effectiveness in designing end-to-end solutions with these capabilities in mind
• Experience with specialized NetSuite process areas and products: Advanced Manufacturing, Advanced Revenue Management, Demand Planning, Services Resource Planning, OpenAir, and SuiteCommerce Advanced
