Summary
Join Twelve Consulting Group as a Senior Consultant and work with clients to design and build innovative EPM solutions using Anaplan and/or Pigment. Lead customer implementations, coach clients and internal resources on best practices, and excel at balancing competing priorities. Review existing customer models and business processes, facilitate user story/requirements gathering, and collaborate on designing and deploying scalable solutions. Lead project teams in model building, apply business acumen to communicate business value, and coach and develop team members. Support UAT cycles, provide support and training, and utilize Twelve CG’s Project Methodology. Travel is approximately 25%.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience implementing Anaplan or Pigment planning solutions
- 3+ years in a Consulting role or relevant Industry experience (Finance, Sales, Commercial Planning, Supply Chain, Operations)
- Understanding of and experience with agile project methodology
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, as well as drive to continuously learn and embrace professional challenges
- Experience using technology to develop multi-dimensional models
- Proven track record of analytical problem solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills in both in-person and remote settings to internal and external stakeholders (customers, coworkers and industry peers)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
- Ability to drive results independently and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Review existing customer models and business processes
- Facilitate user story/requirements gathering sessions with customers. Translate user stories into executable project/sprint plans
- Collaborate with clients and peers to design and deploy scalable end-to-end, solutions for customers, specific to their business requirements
- Lead project team in building Anaplan and/or Pigment models in line with best practices and agile implementation framework
- Apply strong business acumen and knowledge of business process modeling to evaluate and communicate business value of the technology platform throughout customer projects
- Coach and develop project team members (including Twelve CG team members and customer resources) through co-model building, training, providing opportunities and feedback
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles and foster a positive end-user impression of the EPM tool that promotes adoption
- Provide support, enhancements and training
- Utilize Twelve CG’s Project Methodology (agile) throughout the implementation; support customer and staffed Twelve-team in maintaining the overall health of the implementation
- Participate in internal Twelve initiatives as needed
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% (dependent on customer preferences and need)
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Twelve’s Industry Specialization in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals and Gross To Net
- Strong understanding of Twelve’s Industry Specialization in Food and Beverage (CPG)
- Strong understanding of additional core domains: Finance, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, HR & Workforce Planning
- Experience with data integration tools (e.g., Informatica, MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.)
- Experience with data warehouses and intermediate data lakes (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Google BigQuery, S3, etc.)
- Knowledge of Excel, SQL, programming logic
