Summary

Join HSO as a Senior Consultant and lead the transformation of supply chain processes for clients using Dynamics 365 F&O. You will collaborate with clients, implement D365 F&O solutions, mentor junior consultants, and develop comprehensive documentation. Responsibilities include conducting training, staying updated on D365 F&O trends, and participating in pre-sales activities. HSO offers a dynamic work environment, international project opportunities, and a strong team culture. The position is fully remote with occasional client site visits.

Requirements

  • A Bachelorโ€™s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or its earlier versions
  • Proven track record of successful D365 implementations, with at least three completed projects focusing on supply chain
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes including demand planning, inventory management, logistics, and warehousing
  • Experience with WMS
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide innovative solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to travel for client engagements as required

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze supply chain requirements, creating customized solutions
  • Lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O, focusing on adaptive supply chain modules
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants, promoting best practices in consulting and implementation
  • Develop comprehensive documentation, including functional and technical requirements for system enhancements
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower clients on utilizing D365 to its fullest potential
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in D365 F&O to ensure our clients receive the best advisory services
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, crafting proposals that showcase HSOโ€™s capabilities in supply chain management
