Supply Chain Development Lead

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in supplier development, quality assurance, or supply chain management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management and process improvement methodologies
• Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma)
• Familiarity with supply chain management software and tools (SAP)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers to enhance quality, reduce costs, and improve delivery performance
• Develop and execute supplier development strategies to enhance performance and capabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify supplier Quality & Delivery issues and implement corrective actions
• Conduct supplier assessments, audits, and performance reviews to ensure compliance with Rolls-Royce SABRE requirements
• Lead training and development programs for suppliers to improve quality and delivery
• Monitor and report on supplier performance metrics, driving accountability and improvement
• Foster strong relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supplier development and supply chain management
