Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in supplier development, quality assurance, or supply chain management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management and process improvement methodologies
- Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma)
- Familiarity with supply chain management software and tools (SAP)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers to enhance quality, reduce costs, and improve delivery performance
- Develop and execute supplier development strategies to enhance performance and capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify supplier Quality & Delivery issues and implement corrective actions
- Conduct supplier assessments, audits, and performance reviews to ensure compliance with Rolls-Royce SABRE requirements
- Lead training and development programs for suppliers to improve quality and delivery
- Monitor and report on supplier performance metrics, driving accountability and improvement
- Foster strong relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supplier development and supply chain management
