Summary
Join Aledade as a Strategy Analyst and contribute to high-priority transformation initiatives, focusing on scaling value-based care insights into partner practice EHR workflows. Support projects encompassing analytics, tool deployment, practice adoption, impact evaluation, and operations. Partner with internal teams, including business intelligence, field, and practice engagement teams. Contribute to Aledade’s broader strategic efforts. The role involves research, analysis, reporting, and informing Aledade’s EHR workflow efforts. Support data analysis to inform decision-making on strategic priorities. Build and coordinate project plans and communication across stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Economics, Business, Healthcare, or a related field
- Interviews will assess fundamental “business analyst” toolkit, including abilities to independently prioritize, solve problems via hypothesis-driven analytical methods, execute with attention to detail, and overcome ambiguity
Responsibilities
- Research, analyze, report on, and inform Aledade’s EHR workflow efforts, including deployment, adoption, efficacy and impact, and future direction
- Support sophisticated and rigorous data analysis that informs decision making on high priority items in Aledade’s strategy and transformation portfolios, partnering with Aledade’s Business Intelligence and Impact Analytics teams
- Build & coordinate project plans, deliverables, and communication across multiple stakeholders for special projects as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of professional experience, with experience in healthcare strategy / operations consulting strongly preferred
- Master’s Degree strongly valued
- Advanced Excel skills strongly preferred, including the ability to work with large, complex, & often incomplete data sets; conduct one-off complex analyses quickly; and utilize Index / Match, XLOOKUP, FILTER, and other advanced formulas
- Familiarity with value-based care, population health, and primary care
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization capabilities & project management skills
- Commitment to confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
