Requirements

  • 5+ years creating and building content experiences with a proven track record of crafting engaging and effective content across various platforms
  • Experience driving Content Design in a SaaS environment, with a focus on making complex interactions feel simple
  • Portfolio demonstrating content strategy, systems thinking, and measurable impact on user experience
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, inclusive design, and content best practices
  • Experience with content research methods, such as card sorting, tree testing, and A/B testing to inform content decisions
  • Experience writing content that is accessible and can be easily localized
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a cross-functional team
  • Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America as Calendly does not engage in immigration sponsorship at this time

Responsibilities

  • Own the voice and tone of the product, making sure it’s used consistently
  • Build content design systems, strategies, and guidelines that scale with our growing team and product offering, ensuring a unified approach to content creation
  • Switch seamlessly between high level strategic thinking and detail level execution of writing copy
  • Improve usability through clear, actionable writing in product
  • Conduct and collaborate on user research to test content effectiveness and iterate based on user feedback
  • Work closely with Designers, Researchers, Developers, Product Managers, and Marketing to understand user goals, and craft meaningful, clear content
  • Advocate for accessibility and inclusion by implementing content strategies that make our product accessible to a diverse range of users
