Summary

Join OCT Consulting, an SBA-certified 8(a) small business, as a Contract Closeout Analyst. You will be responsible for financial analysis and reconciliation to support funding de-obligation and contract closeout for various contract types. This fully remote position requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in federal contract closeout and a Bachelor's degree. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel and SharePoint, is essential, and experience with PRISM and FFMS is a plus. You must be a US citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. Requirements

  • Possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant contract closeout experience as a federal government employee, member of the Armed Forces, or contractor
  • Have expertise in closing all contract types (Fixed Price, Time & Material, Cost Reimbursement, and hybrid) and IAAs
  • Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Possess exceptional attention to detail
  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree
  • Be proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel and SharePoint
  • Be knowledgeable in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Federal contract closeout processes and procedures
  • Be a US Citizen
  • Be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and reconcile financial data to support funding de-obligation and contract closeout
  • Perform contract closeout activities for various contract types, including Fixed Price, Time & Material, Cost Reimbursement, and hybrid contracts, as well as IAAs
