Requirements
- Deep Expertise in International Employment and Labor Law: Possess a thorough understanding of complex labor and tax regulations across various jurisdictions, crucial for managing compliance in a multinational landscape
- Proven Compliance Experience: deep experience developing and executing effective labor compliance strategies within multinational corporations
- Innovative mindset, roll-up your sleeves mentality
- Analytical and Strategic Acumen: Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to engage in high-level strategic planning and execution, particularly in dynamic and fast-paced environments, dealing with stakeholders across all verticals of our business
- Exceptional Communication and Instructional Skills: Outstanding ability to communicate complex legal and tax concepts clearly and effectively, coupled with the skills to develop and facilitate engaging training sessions for diverse audiences
- Industry Insight: Familiarity with the tech-enabled services sector, including understanding the unique labor marketplace dynamics and associated regulatory challenges, is essential
- Minimum 5+ years experience in employment and/or labor law and experience working on international talent mobility
Responsibilities
- Lead Invisibleβs employment, labor and compliance practice
- Identify potential risks and strategic opportunities in our global markets to fortify our compliance posture and maintain our gold-standard approach to marketplace work
- Maintain a robust and global labor compliance framework that enables seamless proactive adjustments in response to evolving regulations across jurisdictions
- Keep abreast with the changing regulatory state in AI and Marketplace compliance
- Develop and deliver comprehensive employment and compliance training programs tailored to the needs of relevant verticals within our business
