Summary

Join Wellhub, a corporate wellness platform, as a Senior Creative Designer in São Paulo! You will be responsible for creating high-impact visual campaigns to build brand awareness and engagement. Develop assets for brand initiatives, events, and partner activations, while ensuring brand consistency across all deliverables. Collaborate with the Brand Campaigns Lead and other internal teams. This role directly impacts visual productions, driving brand recognition and strengthening market positioning. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Design, or related fields
  • Expertise in campaign concepts and visual excellence
  • Advanced knowledge of design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and AI-generated image tools
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Asana)
  • Background in advertising or design, with a strong focus on campaigns and visual design
  • Experience working at advertising agencies, startups, or companies known for creative campaigns
  • Fluency in English
  • Alignment with a culture of well-being and a healthy work-life balance

Responsibilities

  • Design creative materials for brand campaigns, events, and partner activations
  • Develop visual concepts that drive brand awareness and align with strategic goals
  • Ensure consistent brand expression across different formats and platforms
  • Create the visual identity and develop the campaign message, connecting ideas, visuals, and copy
  • Work in partnership with the copywriter to develop creative and visual concepts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support their design needs with brand-aligned assets
  • Provide creative input for presentations, internal initiatives, and other touchpoints as needed
  • Develop visual materials for partner teams and Wellhub events
  • Ensure all assets follow brand guidelines and maintain high design standards
  • Act as a brand ambassador through every visual produced
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive brand execution across all channels
  • Be responsible for delivering projects accurately and on time
