Senior Credit Card Operations Manager

Summary

Join Crypto.com and become our Credit Card Operations expert, overseeing and optimizing our Crypto.com Visa Signature Credit Card program. You will lead day-to-day operations, manage relationships with key partners, and monitor program KPIs. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution and scale the program. Oversee settlement, reconciliation, and reporting, and coordinate incident responses. Develop operational processes and serve as the go-to expert for all card program operations. This role requires a deep understanding of card issuing flows and regulatory compliance, along with strong project management and communication skills.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in card operations, fintech, or crypto financial services
• Deep understanding of card issuing flows — including transaction processing, disputes/chargebacks, BIN sponsorship, fraud tooling, and network compliance
• Working knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., Reg E, UDAAP, PCI-DSS)
• Strong project management skills with a bias toward execution
• Familiarity with crypto concepts (custody, stablecoins, wallets, off-ramps) and a passion for Web3
• Proven ability to manage external partners and internal stakeholders across compliance, engineering, finance, and customer support
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of our crypto-backed credit card
• Manage relationships with issuing banks, processors, and card networks
• Monitor program KPIs like authorization rates, chargeback trends, fraud alerts, rewards redemptions, and and provide actionable recommendations
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, Finance, Engineering, and Product teams to support both day-to-day execution and long-term program strategy
• Oversee settlement, reconciliation, and reporting between fiat and crypto flows
• Coordinate incident responses, escalations, and resolutions related to card operations
• Develop and document operational processes, playbooks, and SLAs - help design scalable operational processes as we launch in new markets or add new card products
• Serve as the go-to expert internally for all things related to card program operations
• Marketing - collateral mgmt… events activation oversight
