Join our team as a Senior Customer Marketing Manager and play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of our Dental Intelligence software. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer marketing or a similar role within a SaaS company
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns that improve retention & product expansion opportunities
  • Strong ability to learn quickly & adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted demand generation campaigns to first drive software adoption of our solutions. This includes creating compelling content, leveraging various marketing channels (email, in-app pop ups, webinars, etc.), and tracking campaign performance to optimize results
  • Work with data experts & product specialist to deliver content that showcases what results customer’s have achieved by using our solutions & what additional steps they can take to get even more
  • Manage competing priorities and create cohesive, overlapping marketing campaigns that align with overall business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer success) to ensure seamless execution
  • As individual campaigns are proven successful for certain circumstances find ways to implement them into the ongoing customer lifecycle
  • Track and measure the success of marketing initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze campaign data to identify trends and optimize future efforts. Iterate quickly to increase desired results
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback from internal teams to identify areas for improvement and inform marketing strategy. Develop a deep understanding of our target audience to tailor messaging and campaigns effectively
  • Manage all mass customer comms – end of life, price increases, automated install/onboarding emails, etc

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in the healthcare or dental industry
  • Familiarity with Gainsight, Hubspot, Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS)
  • Passion for the dental industry and a desire to make a positive impact
