Join our team as a Senior Customer Marketing Manager and play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of our Dental Intelligence software. You will develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage competing priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will track campaign performance, gather customer feedback, and manage all mass customer communications. This is a remote opportunity with flexible time off and excellent benefits. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented marketing professional with 5+ years of experience in customer marketing within a SaaS company and a proven track record of successful demand generation campaigns.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer marketing or a similar role within a SaaS company
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns that improve retention & product expansion opportunities
- Strong ability to learn quickly & adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted demand generation campaigns to first drive software adoption of our solutions. This includes creating compelling content, leveraging various marketing channels (email, in-app pop ups, webinars, etc.), and tracking campaign performance to optimize results
- Work with data experts & product specialist to deliver content that showcases what results customerβs have achieved by using our solutions & what additional steps they can take to get even more
- Manage competing priorities and create cohesive, overlapping marketing campaigns that align with overall business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer success) to ensure seamless execution
- As individual campaigns are proven successful for certain circumstances find ways to implement them into the ongoing customer lifecycle
- Track and measure the success of marketing initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze campaign data to identify trends and optimize future efforts. Iterate quickly to increase desired results
- Gather and analyze customer feedback from internal teams to identify areas for improvement and inform marketing strategy. Develop a deep understanding of our target audience to tailor messaging and campaigns effectively
- Manage all mass customer comms β end of life, price increases, automated install/onboarding emails, etc
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in the healthcare or dental industry
- Familiarity with Gainsight, Hubspot, Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Experience with content management systems (CMS)
- Passion for the dental industry and a desire to make a positive impact
