Requirements

  • Proficient in SQL, Python, and data manipulation libraries such as Pandas
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Strong understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and A/B testing
  • Familiarity with healthcare data formats (HL7, FHIR) and privacy regulations (HIPAA)
  • Adept at handling large datasets and using predictive analytics to optimize operational efficiency
  • Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field
  • 5-8 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in healthcare, with a focus on AI-driven insights

Responsibilities

  • Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends and actionable insights that align with business objectives
  • Use tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to create dashboards that clearly communicate data insights to stakeholders across the organization
  • Collaborate with the data science and product teams to build models that predict patient behavior, improve clinical workflows, and optimize operations
