This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and 4-8 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computers or related quantitative field
- 4-8 years of experience as a Data Analyst
- Strong Statistical analysis, Python (libraries), SQL, and Excel skills
- Comfortable working with large data sets and interest in building data models for consumer behavior and business metrics
- Experience developing and maintaining reports using data visualization tools
Responsibilities
- Understand the changes that impact the business revenue and margin
- Detect trends, identify opportunities, and provide actionable insights to department leaders allowing them to make informed data-driven decisions to drive the core business
- Conceptualize and maintain KPIs and reports
- Develop standardized dashboards through deep data analysis and ad hoc reports to inform business decisions, with an emphasis on automation and scalability
- With a strong understanding of data analysis techniques, great problem solving skills, and a love for data mining, you will transform large amounts of data into actionable insights and communicate complex data findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Skilled at using Tableau for data visualization and reporting
- Proficient in statistical methods, including confidence intervals and hypothesis testing
- Experience with tracking and analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Optimizely
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while balancing business needs and data constraints
- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira) and version control systems (Gitlab)
Benefits
$135,500 - $200,000 + RSUs + benefits
