Remote Senior Data Analyst

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be a key player in activating the company-wide data in new and impactful ways, designing, conducting, and presenting data-driven analyses that enhance decision-making capabilities across Appfire.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience manipulating and drawing insights from data
• Strong experience with SQL required
• Proven experience with data exploration and visualization, leveraging tools such as Tableau, Sisense, Google Sheets, Excel, Sigma, or similar platforms
• Experience understanding complex software products, B2B buyer journeys, partner ecosystems, and hybrid revenue models
• Ability to understand the true purpose and impact of decisions through analysis, conducting follow-ups to ensure goals are achieved
• Analytical mindset with the ability to dive deep or wide to discover new opportunities and recommendations
• Experience presenting analyses through written and verbal mediums, partnering across a range of audiences (from individual contributors to senior executives)
• High standards for your work with the ability to excel in a global work-from-home company
• Ability to prioritize, self-manage, and work independently, meeting tight deadlines within a startup environment

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in our decision ecosystem, metrics, data, and business processes
• Analyze business performance drivers to help steer Appfire towards its north star goals across functions
• Conduct deep dive and exploratory analyses to evolve how Appfire views its business

Preferred Qualifications

• Comfortable with Python/R
• Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Prior experience with Customer Lifetime Value analysis
