Requirements

  • Proficiency in SQL and data transformation pipelines
  • Strong working knowledge of Python or R for analysis, cleaning, and automation
  • Ability to turn data into stories using tools like Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Comfortable working with cloud-based platforms and spreadsheets (e.g. GCP BigQuery, Jupyter notebooks, Google Sheets)
  • Understanding of A/B testing, regression models, and evaluation methods
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in advanced analytics role in similar environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead analysis of field data to uncover trends and suggest improvements to biometric usage, training, and system configuration
  • Build dashboards and reports that communicate performance and impact to internal teams and external partners
  • Design and support evaluation frameworks to validate data quality and service delivery in complex health and development settings
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure data flows efficiently through pipelines and systems
  • Align with fundraising and operations teams to generate insights for funder reporting, business development, and operational KPIs
