Senior Data Analyst

Requirements

• Have a very fine eye for detail
• Experience as a data analyst
• Deep understanding of the popular data analysis tools and databases
• Demonstrated experience and methodology in handling large data sets and relational databases
• Analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations
• Understanding of addressing and optimizing metadata standards
• Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks
• Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms
• Develop algorithms (including segmentation & predictive models)
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/mathematics or any relevant analytics-related certification
• 5 years min of work experience as a Business or Data analyst

Responsibilities

• Measure and analyze business performance in each of our services
• Partner with management and operational teams to deep dive on core issues and use data to find answers
• Develop data applications, reports and boards that provide analytical insights of our operational performance
• Automate your work
• Be a technical leader in the Analytics team, supporting others, and enabling them to perform better

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of any programming language (Python, R)
• High-level written and verbal communication skills
