Remote Senior Data Analyst

Summary

The job description is for a Senior Data Analyst position in the Global Sales team of Wellhub (formerly Gympass) based in Brazil. The role involves partnering with Enterprise Sales Operations leadership across the globe to provide data-driven insights and support them in making decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any Data related field, Statistics, Computer Science, or relevant experience in a related field
• Experience working in Business Intelligence/ Analytics
• Strong experience working with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
• Strong data presentation and visualization skills
• Strong analysis and pattern recognition skills, as well as synthesis skills, to be able to streamline work
• Detail oriented, analytical and accuracy first mindset
• Strong expertise with business strategy and supporting organizations with taking action on insights through data-driven solutions (make sense of the data)
• Ability to manage tasks and projects, with attention to detail and deadlines
• Able to communicate in Advanced English

Responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise Sales Operations leadership across the Globe (the US, Latam and Europe) to make more data driven decisions
• Develop reports and dashboards in Tableau, Salesforce and Google Sheets to help the Enterprise Sales Ops teams better manage their day-to-day activities
• Prioritize cross-functional projects that involve Data Analytics
• Build strong relationships with the Global Analytics team to understand what is being prioritized by the Data organization and provide structured recommendations for data/analytics support

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Python is a plus
• Experience working with Salesforce is a plus
