Senior Data Analyst, Remote - Brazil

Summary

Job Description: A Senior Data Analyst position is available in Brazil for Wellhub's Revenue team. The role involves driving the data-focused culture, developing and maintaining data operations, generating insights, and working with global teams to provide strategic solutions.

Requirements

• Relevant work experience in analyzing large data sets and synthesizing insights into actionable product recommendations
• Experience with managing stakeholder requests, pushing for prioritization, and impact
• Ability to communicate complex data and technical concepts clearly and concisely to a non-technical audience
• Excellent SQL skills required - ability to translate a business request into code that answers a question
• Experience building data visualizations (Tableau, Looker, Metabase, Salesforce, etc)
• Experience creating Data Tables for Departmental Consumption

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data operations of Wellhub's growth strategy
• Generate insights and analysis to drive improvements in data standards, processes, definitions within the business area
• Work closely with senior leadership to translate business priorities into analyses and dashboards
• Lead cross-departmental projects and initiatives with autonomy
• Partner with team leaders globally by providing analytical insights through accessible business oriented data sets and visual data dashboards
• Be an active participant in discussions with various global teams and have a voice in the direction of the business

• Passion for excellence and continuous improvement; strong execution and ability to drive work to completion
• Ability to think critically by understanding problems quickly and being able to identify solutions
• Ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical team members
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Able to understand what must be prioritized and what should not and communicate it to senior stakeholders
